HR Manager

Your responsibilities

  • Broadcast the values and objectives of the company
  • Ensure team and employee happiness
  • Support the HR strategy in talent nurturing and retention
  • Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and exit interviews
  • Be part of employee onboarding, training and development
  • Implement HR metrics and analyze them, propose solutions based on collected data
  • Organize events (team buildings, cultural events, sport events, trainings etc.)
Skills and abilities

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position
  • Good with technology and different tools to get the job done
  • Passion for recruitment and attracting the best people
  • Knowledge of recruitment tools and practices
  • Knowledge of languages: Romanian, Russian (English – will be an advantage)
  • Proactive and experienced in managing the challenges of today whilst planning for the future
  • Team player, with excellent organizational skills and attention to details
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Kind and empathic approach toward the employees
